What is Senior Resources' Adult Day Center

Our Adult Day Center provides a program of care and support for the participant yet promotes the participants maximum level of independence. Our Adult Day Center also provides support, respite and education for the participant's caregiver and/or family.

Professional Staff

Our Center utilizes a multidisciplinary health team to meet the diverse needs of program participants. This team includes a program director, nurse, nursing assistants, activity coordinator, a social worker and consulting services of a dietician, physical therapist, occupational therapist and psychologist.

The Role of Family

The staff of our Center recognizes the importance of family input and knowledge regarding the care of the participants. We encourage family members / caregivers to be an integral part in the planning, care, and treatment of their loved one.

In turn, our Center provides families the freedom and flexibility to meet daily living responsibilities and the comfort of knowing that their family member is well cared for in their absence.

Referrals

Participants may be referred by local agencies, family members, their personal physician or self-referral.

Hours of Service

Monday through Friday

7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Extended hours may be available.

Fees

Fees for participating are based on hourly, half day (0-4 hrs), full day (0-8 hrs), and extended (8 hrs +) rates.

Payment options include private pay, Title XIX Waivers, long term care insurance and a sliding fee scale.

The program director is available to assist families and participants in the coordination of payment plans.
